why yoga for 50+?
chair yoga helps you discover the art of moving your body and calming your mind in an accessible way. If sciatica or other pain is wearing on you, your posture may change to compensate. This can cause pain in other parts of the body. Yoga as a therapy seeks to relieve pain in and around its origin and enable us to participate in more of life’s activities.
Yoga can help or releive pain alone or in conjunction with acupuncutre or physical therapy.
