Nadine’s passion is bringing well-being into the lives of the 50+ community by reducing pain and stress, and improving flexibility and balance. Whether it’s your shoulders, lower back, or hips that are targeted, Nadine uses her knowledge and body awareness to deepen targeted movements to relieve pain and tension. She guides you into a form that works for you and your capabilities. She engages in a way that allows you to relax while sprinkling in a spirit of mindful playfulness.

Nadine is a certified RYT 200 Yoga teacher and has multiple yoga therapy certifications. She has worked through her share of physical pain and anxiety with yoga. She specializes in making yoga available to anyone. This includes corporate slow flow and chair yoga in addition to teaching yoga therapy.
